Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Site.
By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use the Site.
PURCHASES
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Site (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases, such as our credit card processing provider.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. We will not be held responsible or liable for any failure for the Purchase to complete, or any resulting loss or damages to you.
SHIPPING
We currently only ship to locations in Canada.
We charge a flat rate of $15 for orders under $120 across Canada. Here’s where you may wish to list the countries you ship to, your shipping charges, shipping timelines.
Our tallow products are best if not exposed to extreme temperatures, particularly high temperatures. We recommend you monitor your tracking information and ensure your shipment is not left exposed to warm temperatures.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
RETURNS
Due to the nature of personal care products, returns and exchanges are discouraged and only accepted in extraordinary circumstances. To qualify for a return or exchange,
- Product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is also required.
- Requests must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Please take care prior to purchasing by reading the ingredients and uses of the product carefully. Requests can be made by contacting us, will be reviewed and appropriate action taken from there.
If a product is defective in some way, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued via your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping (if applicable) is your responsibility if you are mailing a return or receiving an exchange.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
